Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on the payment provider or bank.
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, repackaging, administration, and payment processing costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the incorrect product was supplied or the item arrived damaged due to courier handling.
